 CoBank is a national cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America. The bank provides loans, leases, export financing and other financial services to agribusinesses and rural power, water and communications providers in all 50 states.

Headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Central Electric Cooperative is a not-for-profit electric distribution cooperative that provides electrical services to more than 20,000 meters. Central has more than 4,000 miles of electrical line with a service area that covers approximately 2,000 square miles.  The cooperative serves parts of seven counties, including: Noble, Garfield, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Pawnee, and Payne counties.
Guernsey is a multi-discipline firm, employing engineers, architects, planners, consultants, environmental scientists, designers, analysts, accountants and managers. Guernsey’s clients include federal, state and local government; military entities; utilities; Native American Tribes; universities; Fortune 500 companies; oil & gas companies; and more. Guernsey prides itself on the company’s ability to collaborate efficiently and offer expert advice in a variety of disciplines and business sectors.
The Oklahoma Asssociation of Electric Cooperatives (OAEC) is a statewide association created and voluntarily supported by local electric distribution and generation/transmission cooperatives. OAEC is comprised of 30 member systems: 28 in Oklahoma and two Arkansas systems that have a portion of their membership residing in our state. OAEC or the “Statewide” was formed in September of 1942, to collectively perform services which would not be economical or practical for each individual cooperative to perform alone.
The National Energy Solutions Institute fuses the needs of private industry in energy production, distribution and conservation with practical and impactful academic research. NESI research provides energy solutions for the current and future needs of the nation as our scientists work in collaboration with private, state and federal sectors to enable the nation’s transition to a sustainable energy future.

Smart Energy Source LLC is an energy services partnership formed by Oklahoma State University, Guernsey and Central Electric Cooperative. The joint venture is paving the way to improved reliability and lower costs through greater operating efficiencies for consumers and the utility industry. It will also harness the research power of OSU in the development of energy services and utility system enhancements for the partner’s use.

Tri-County Electric Cooperative is a member-owned distribution cooperative committed to delivering safe, reliable and affordable electric service. We serve about 23,000 meters and 12,500 members in the Oklahoma Panhandle, southwestern Kansas, the northern border of the Texas Panhandle and parts of Colorado and New Mexico. Our dedicated staff oversees more than 4,900 miles of transmission and distribution lines. TCEC is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all its member-owners.
